• Q1: Is it compatible with iPhone X to 14? Does it come with a Lightning cable?

  A1: The product currently only includes a USB-C charging cable. If you require a Lightning cable, please contact our customer service team, and we will resolve this for you.
  

• Q2: I found a better price elsewhere. Can you refund the price difference?

• Q3: The wireless charging is very slow.

  A3: Wireless charging is affected by conversion efficiency and temperature safety controls, making its speed slower than wired charging. If you are unsatisfied with the wireless charging experience, our product also supports fast wired charging.

• Q4: The product gets hot while charging.

  A4:
  The surface temperature may reach around 43°C during charging.
  Because the metal casing's thermal conductivity is 1000 times greater than plastic, it dissipates heat from the battery more efficiently, ensuring battery safety. A side effect is that it may feel warm to the touch, but this temperature remains within safe limits.
  Please also check for factors mentioned on our product page, such as phone cases and specific phone models, which can influence temperature.

• Q5: It won't stick (attach magnetically) to my phone.

  A5:
  Currently, only iPhone 12-17 models support the MagSafe feature.
  Even for these models, a MagSafe-compatible case is required for strong magnetic attachment; standard cases will weaken the magnetic hold.
  Other Android phones lack this built-in magnetic function. For a secure wireless magnetic connection with any phone (including iPhones without a MagSafe case), a MagSafe-compatible case or ring is necessary.

• Q6: Why won't my watch stay attached magnetically?

  A6: The magnets in the watch charging area are primarily for alignment to the charging center. To charge the watch, place the charger flat on a surface. As shown in the product manual's diagram, fold the watch band back so the watch's back (charging surface) faces outward and lies flat on the charger.

• Q7: Does the product have a USB-A charging port?

  A7: No, it does not.

• Q8: Why can't I use the wireless and wired charging functions at the same time?

  A8: You can use them simultaneously. Once both devices are connected (one wired, one wireless), press the power button once to activate charging for both.

• Q9: I purchased the product over a month ago (outside the return period) and it has a non-human fault, like not charging, not powering on, or not working. Can I get a replacement?
