This policy applies only to orders placed directly on lisen.com. Orders placed on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other third-party platforms are shipped according to the shipping policy of that platform.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, peak sales periods, or product launches may require additional processing time.
If an item is out of stock, on pre-order, or requires additional verification, shipping may be delayed. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Standard Shipping:

Expedited Shipping:
Available for the United States, EU countries, and Japan.
Shipping fee: $8.
Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days.

Shipping availability may vary by product, address, warehouse, carrier restrictions, and local regulations. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Some products, such as power banks, may be subject to additional shipping restrictions depending on the destination country or region.
Shipping Carriers and Warehouses
Orders may be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability, destination, and shipping method.
Standard shipping orders may ship from an international warehouse. Expedited shipping orders may ship from a local or regional warehouse where available.
LISEN will choose a suitable carrier based on your shipping address, product type, and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after the package is handed over to the carrier. If tracking does not update immediately, please check again later.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be required by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by the destination country or region.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, product shipping restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If your package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, LISEN may not be responsible for replacement or refund costs. If reshipment is possible, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or building management.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@lisen.com. We will help review the situation and may assist with a carrier investigation.
LISEN is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you find a suitable solution.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory and warehouse location. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact support@lisen.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the shipment. You may request a return after the package is delivered according to our Return & Refund Policy.
