FAQ
  • Q: Why is my Switch's TV output showing unknown color bands or not clear enough?

A: Please click the Google Drive link (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NIdyHrLd6qJxKL8Y-5wp5TLXatDC-M9V/view?usp=sharing) to find the guide and update to our latest driver for the best experience. Detailed upgrade instructions are also available in the link or at the bottom of this webpage

    .

  • Q: Why can’t I connect my Switch for TV output?

A: 1. For TV output, connect the product's USB-C interface to the USB-C port at the bottom of your Switch. Note: The top port does not support video output according to Nintendo's official specifications. 2. The Switch requires continuous power supply for TV output, as mandated by Nintendo. For stable performance, use the original Switch charger or a 60W (or higher) USB-PD charger. 3. This product supports TV output for Switch 1/2 only and is not compatible with Switch Lite models.

  • Q: Why can’t my Samsung device screen mirror or use Dex function?

A: When using screen mirroring on Samsung devices, please follow this connection sequence: connect the screen mirroring cable first, then connect the power supply.

  • Q: Why can’t I control my Switch after connecting it?

A: When connected to a TV, the Switch console screen will turn black as it enters TV mode. During TV output, detach the Joy-Cons from both sides of the console. This applies to all Switch models (including Switch 1/2) and is a system design specification, not a product issue. The system only recognizes wireless controllers in TV mode. If Joy-Cons remain attached, they won't work. You may use a Pro Controller instead.

  • Q: Why does my device keep losing battery while charging and screen mirroring?

A: Charging during screen mirroring requires a separate charging cable and charger (not included). We recommend using the original charger and cable, or fast-charging compatible devices. Using low-power chargers may result in battery drain if charging cannot keep up with power consumption.

  • Q: Why can’t my device screen mirror?

A: 1. Our cable supports 4K@60Hz video transmission via USB-C to HDMI. Please verify your ports are correct. 2. Screen mirroring requires both your device and display to support the DP (DisplayPort) protocol. Please check the list of compatible devices. Some devices like certain cameras and older phones do not support DP protocol and won't work with this product.

  • Q: Why is the resolution not 4K@60Hz?

A: Our cable supports up to 4K@60Hz and is fully compatible with 2K@120Hz and 1080P. The actual resolution depends on the maximum capability of your source device, the HDMI cable, and the receiving display.

  • Q: Why can’t I adjust the volume directly from my iPhone?

A: Due to iOS system limitations, the volume during screen mirroring is controlled by the display device, not the iPhone.
