This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from lisen.com. If you purchased a LISEN product from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or another third-party platform, please contact that platform directly and follow its return and refund policy. LISEN.com only handles orders placed on our official website.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after the package is delivered.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a non-quality return, the product must be in new or like-new condition, with all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging included. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is damaged, missing parts, or not in resellable condition due to customer use.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@lisen.com with:

- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The product name
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete

Please do not send your product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-quality issues, including ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For quality-related issues, damaged items, missing items, or incorrect items caused by LISEN, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection fees, gift wrapping fees, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a LISEN error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Replacements

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements may be new or equivalent products, depending on stock availability.

2-Year Warranty

LISEN products purchased from lisen.com include a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, water damage, extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, or use that does not follow the product instructions.

For products purchased from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other third-party platforms, please follow the after-sales process of the platform where the order was placed.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We may not accept returns or refunds for:

- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products not purchased from lisen.com
- Products purchased from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or other third-party platforms
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Free gifts, giveaway items, or promotional samples
- Products damaged by misuse, accident, water, extreme temperatures, or improper operation
- Products missing original parts, accessories, or packaging
- Non-quality return requests made after the 30-day return window
- Warranty requests made after the 2-year warranty period has expired

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lisen.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
