LISEN products include a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers quality-related issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty may cover:

What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Replacement Products
Replacement products may be new or equivalent products, depending on stock availability.
Replacement products include a new 2-year limited warranty starting from the date the replacement is delivered.
Shipping Costs
For confirmed quality-related warranty issues, LISEN will cover the shipping cost for approved replacements.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs or other related costs.
