• Q: Is this magnetic car mount compatible with my phone?

  A: Designed for MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 17 Air / 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 series, including Pro, Pro Max, and Mini) and magnetic cases. Android phones and non-MagSafe cases are supported using the included metal rings.

• Q: Is this mount compatible with my car air vent?

  A: Compatible with horizontal and vertical air vents. Not compatible with round or specially shaped vents, vent blades wider than 1.45 inches, or thicker than 0.15 inches (3.8 mm). Not compatible with Mercedes-Benz A-Class, C-Class, Smart, and W213 E-Class.
  
  
  
  

• Q: Is the adhesive mount safe for all surfaces?

  A: Not suitable for leather, suede, or oiled fabrics, as adhesion may fail or cause damage. For best results, apply to smooth, hard, flat surfaces such as plastic dashboards or glass.
