• What should I do if the size doesn't fit?

  1. The product is designed to be compatible with devices ranging from 4 to 12.9 inches in diagonal screen size. 2. It is not compatible with laptops or 15.6-inch monitors. For stability, adjust the product so that the folded edge is positioned at the back, forming an L-shape.
  
  
  
  

• What is the function/purpose of a hex wrench?

  If your phone holder rotation feels a little wobbly and your phone tends toslip, You can try tightening it with a hex wrench. Avoid overtightening, as it will affect how smoothlyit adjusts

• About lights

  1.How to open:Requires quickly double-clicking the switch twice in a row. The light has three brightness levels in total. After turning it on, each subsequent single click increases the brightness by one level. 2.How to turn on hazard lights:After the light is turned on, if you press and hold the light button for a long time, the light will continue to flash. To turn it off, you can press and hold the button again.3.Charging time:The product includes one USB-C charging cable. It typically takes about 50 minutes to charge from 0% to full.We recommend using the cable provided with the product. If you need to use another cable, please test it first to verify charging capability. When connected and charging correctly, a red LED light will illuminate.
  
  

• What should I do if the light does not turn on?

  First, press the button twice quickly. If there is no response, the battery may be depleted. Please try using the included charging cable or another confirmed-working USB-C cable from home, and wait for 2 minutes. If the issue persists, please contact customer service for a replacement.
  
  

• The light won't charge

  For optimal performance, it is recommended to charge the product using the USB cable we provide. If you prefer to use another USB-C cable, please first confirm that it can charge the device. Successful charging is indicated by a red light. (We suggest testing your own cable when you first receive the product; if it works, you may not need to use the included one.) If charging is unsuccessful even with our provided cable, please contact customer service.We offer a 1-year warranty
