• What I had to pay attention to during the installation?
  1. Choose a Spot: Find a flat area on the dashboard that doesn't obstruct your view.
  2. Clean: Wipe the chosen spot clean with an alcohol wipe or a clean cloth.
  3. Attach the Base: Peel off the protective film from the back of the car mount charger and stick it onto the cleaned dashboard area, pressing firmly.
  4. Wait: After applying, let it sit for 24 hours to allow the base to adhere properly.
  5. Use: Place your phone in the car mount charger and adjust it to a comfortable orientation.
• How should I charge correctly?

  While charging, using a MagSafe case is recommended. If the existing car charger in your car does not support charging, it is recommended to replace the car charger and try again.

• Why is it charging a bit slowly?

  First, charging speed slows down when the battery level exceeds 75% to protect battery life. Second, to achieve the maximum charging rate, please use the car charger we've provided or any car charger with QC3.0 or PD18W or higher.

• Why does it heat up?

  Wireless car chargers charge your phone through the magnetic field and current, a slight heat is normal. Attention, if your phone case is too thick or not aligned with the MagSafe car Mount Charger, it will overheat.
