• Does it overheat in use in weather like California?

  Charging generates heat, but it won't exceed 122°F (a safe range), so there's no need to worry about safety.

  Note：Avoid hot and humid environments and direct sunlight.

• Does this product charge fast?

  This product utilizes standard charging power：7.5W MagSafe Wireless Charging & 18W Wired Charging；
  

• What if it won't charge or is slow to charge?

  1. Please make sure that the thickness of the case does not exceed 3mm and that there is no obstruction between the phone and the case;
  2. After the phone is charged to 75%, the power of wireless charging will be reduced to protect the battery life, and after 75%, using 18W wired charging will solve this problem.

• The capacity of the battery is 5000mAh, what does the rated capacity of 3000mAh mean?

  Using a wireless charger will lose some of its power, so it can only utilize the 3000mAh capacity; while using a wired charger can utilize the full 5000mAh capacity
